Is the meal cost included in the service fee?
No. The restaurant bill is not included in our service fee and must be paid separately at the restaurant, unless otherwise specified by the venue.
Can you help with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. We can communicate dietary preferences, allergies, and key requests to the restaurant in English and Japanese where possible. Final accommodation, however, always depends on the restaurant.
Can I request a booking within 48 hours?
No. We only accept requests submitted at least 48 hours before your preferred dining time. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate urgent requests made within 48 hours.
Do you guarantee reservations at a specific restaurant?
No. We will do our best to secure your preferred reservation, but confirmation always depends on the restaurant's availability and policies.
Do you arrange hotels, transport, or full itineraries?
No. This service covers restaurant recommendation and reservation support only.
What happens if my preferred restaurant is unavailable?
We will inform you if the requested restaurant is unavailable. Additional curation or alternative research is not included in this plan.
