配送ポリシー
平素よりTomigaya Mallをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。以下の配送ポリシーをご確認ください。
配送業者
ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便のいずれかにて発送いたします。
発送までの目安
ご注文確認後、3〜7営業日以内に発送いたします（土日祝・年末年始を除く）。
在庫状況や混雑状況によって遅れる場合がございます。その際は別途ご連絡いたします。
送料
送料は各商品ページに記載の金額となります。
一部商品・キャンペーンにおいて送料無料となる場合があります。
お届けエリア
日本国内全域へお届けいたします。離島・一部地域は追加送料が発生する場合があります。
現在、海外への発送は承っておりません。
配送状況の確認
発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。各配送業者のウェブサイトにてお荷物の状況をご確認いただけます。
配送遅延について
天候・交通事情・配送業者の都合等により、お届けが遅れる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Tomigaya Mall. Please review our shipping policy below.
Carriers
We ship via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur due to stock availability or high order volume — we will notify you if this happens.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are as listed on each product page. Free shipping may apply for certain products or promotions.
Delivery Area
We ship to all areas within Japan. Additional fees may apply for remote islands and certain regions.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or carrier circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
