返品・返金ポリシー

お客様に安心してお買い物をお楽しみいただけるよう、以下の返品・返金ポリシーを定めております。

返品・交換の受付期間

商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。期間を過ぎてのご返品・交換はお受けできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

返品・交換をお受けできる場合

  • 商品が破損・汚損していた場合
  • 注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
  • 商品に重大な欠陥があった場合

上記の場合は、当店が送料を負担いたします。

お客様都合による返品・交換

お客様のご都合（イメージと異なる・サイズ違い等）による返品・交換は、商品未使用・未開封・タグ付きの状態に限りお受けいたします。この場合の返送料はお客様のご負担となります。

返品・交換をお受けできない場合

  • ご使用済み・洗濯済みの商品
  • タグ・付属品が欠損している商品
  • お客様の取り扱いによる破損・汚損
  • 到着後8日以上経過した商品
  • セール・アウトレット品

返品・交換の手順

1. まずはメール（leblanc.shima@gmail.com）にてご連絡ください。
2. 返品理由・注文番号・お名前をお知らせください。
3. 当店より返送先住所をご案内いたします。
4. 商品をご返送ください（送料は理由により異なります）。
5. 商品到着確認後、返金または交換品の発送を行います。

返金について

返金はご注文時のお支払い方法に応じて処理いたします。クレジットカードへの返金は、カード会社の処理により数日〜数週間かかる場合があります。

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tomigaya Mall. We want you to shop with confidence.

Return Window

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We cannot accept returns after this period.

Eligible Returns

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items with significant quality issues

For the above cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., different from expectations, size issues), we accept returns for unused, unopened items with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items
  • Items missing tags or accessories
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned more than 8 days after delivery
  • Sale or outlet items

How to Return

1. Contact us at leblanc.shima@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Upon receipt, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
