1. About this service

The Dining Concierge service is offered by Tomigaya Mall (operated by leblanc LLC, Tokyo). We provide restaurant recommendation and reservation support for international travelers visiting Tokyo.

This service does not include hotel bookings, transportation, or full itinerary planning.

2. Service plans and fees

Plan Fee What's included
Quick Booking ¥3,800 Reservation support for one restaurant request. Basic English communication support.
Signature Reservation Service ¥7,800 Curated shortlist of up to 3 options, reservation support for one booking, English support for dietary needs and key requests, booking summary before your meal.

All fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of consumption tax where applicable. Restaurant charges are not included and must be paid separately at the venue.

3. Lead time requirement

All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your preferred dining time. We are unable to accept requests made within 48 hours of your desired reservation time.

4. Reservation guarantee

This service provides reservation support and communication assistance. We do not guarantee that a reservation will be secured at any specific restaurant. Availability always depends on the restaurant's own schedule and policies.

If your preferred restaurant is unavailable, we will inform you promptly. For Signature Reservation Service, we may suggest alternative options based on your preferences.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Before service begins (before we contact you):
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we have started work on your request. Please contact us via the order contact method or the inquiry form.

After service has begun (after our first contact):
Once we have begun processing your request, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on progress.

If no reservation can be secured:
If we are unable to secure a reservation due to restaurant availability or other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

Restaurant cancellation policies:
Once a reservation has been confirmed at a restaurant, that restaurant's own cancellation policy applies. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees charged directly by the restaurant.

6. Service limitations

  • We do not arrange hotels, transportation, or full travel itineraries.
  • Dietary restrictions and allergy requests will be communicated to the restaurant where possible, but final accommodation depends on the restaurant.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the quality of food, service, or the overall dining experience at the restaurant.
  • This service is provided in English. Restaurant-side communication may be in Japanese.

7. Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of order via Shopify Payments. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB.

8. Contact

For questions, cancellation requests, or changes to your booking details, please use the inquiry form on our website or reply to your order confirmation email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
